We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalize your travel recommendations through your Yonda agent, process payments and manage your membership, send notifications about your account, bookings, and Go Dollar balance, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Agent and Persistent Profiles
Our digital travel agent learns from your interactions to provide better recommendations over time. This includes travel preferences, past intake responses, and interaction summaries. You may request deletion of your preference profile at any time.
4. Payment Security
Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. We use tokenization and never store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or CVVs on our servers. All payment data is PCI DSS compliant.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions, travel suppliers to fulfill bookings, and technology service providers to generate travel plans. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your membership is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).
