1. Membership Agreement
By subscribing to Yonda Technologies ("Yonda," "we," "us"), you agree to become a member of the GoYonda platform. Membership provides access to carefully selected travel experiences, a digital travel agent, Go Dollars loyalty currency, and seniority-based priority access.
2. Membership Tiers and Pricing
Yonda offers Entry, Gold, and Custom membership tiers. Pricing is disclosed at the time of registration. Annual subscribers receive a discount equivalent to one free month.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, membership benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Go Dollars
Go Dollars are a loyalty currency issued with active subscriptions. Go Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred except within family/group memberships when available. Go Dollars expire immediately upon membership lapse. Active members retain their balance indefinitely.
5. Invested Dreams
Members may invest Go Dollars toward dream travel plans ("Invested Dreams"). Invested Go Dollars are forfeited if membership lapses. Dream plans are aspirational and do not constitute a purchase commitment or price lock.
6. Seniority
Seniority accrues from the date of first membership activation and determines priority for deal access and booking windows. Seniority freezes during membership lapse and resumes upon reactivation. Seniority may also be purchased.
7. Plans Are Not Purchases
Adventure plans generated by the digital agent represent live market pricing at the time of generation. Prices may change between plan generation and booking. No price is locked until payment is completed for a specific experience.
8. Experience Bookings
Experience bookings are subject to supplier availability and cancellation policies. Yonda acts as an intermediary; supplier cancellation and refund policies apply to all bookings.
9. AI Agent Disclaimer
The digital travel agent provides agent-generated recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, agent-generated plans may contain errors. Members should verify all details before booking.
